Perfect Harmany Audio Services Agreement
This agreement governs audio mixing and mastering services provided by Perfect Harmany.
Scope of Work
Services may include:
Mixing
Mastering
Audio editing
Vocal processing
Creative production enhancements
Services will be performed based on the materials and instructions provided by the client.
File Submission Requirements
Clients must provide:
Individual stems or session files
Properly labeled tracks
Consolidated audio files
Correct BPM and reference mixes (if available)
Incorrect file delivery may delay project completion.
Turnaround Time
Typical turnaround time depends on:
Project complexity
Current workload
Client communication speed
Estimated timelines will be communicated at the start of the project.
Revisions
Mixing services include limited revisions to ensure client satisfaction.
Revisions include:
Balance adjustments
Minor tonal changes
Effect adjustments
Major structural changes or additional production work may require additional fees.
Final Delivery
Once the client approves the final mix or master:
Final files will be delivered
The project will be considered complete
File Storage
Perfect Harmany may store project files temporarily but does not guarantee long-term archival. Clients should back up all final files upon delivery.
Credits
Clients agree to credit:
Mixed / Mastered by Perfect Harmany
where applicable.
